Enjoy watchin Africa's wildlife at either one of our destinations. The wildlife in Marloth Park and the Kruger National Park is nature at it's best. Spot the Lions, Cheetah's and Leopards camouflaged amongst the trees and bushes, watching their prey at the Kruger National Park. There are many elephants regularly spotted in the park as well as Giraffes, Zebra, Buffalo, Monkeys, Baboons, Birds of Prey, various Buck, Wildebeest and many more.
Simply relax and enjoy watching the Monkeys and Warthogs as they pass by the Marloth Park holiday resort. Other animals of Marloth Park include Zebra, Giraffe and Buck.
Wildlife can also be spotted near our Shelly Beach resort in the ocean. There are nearby lookout points to watch Whales and Dolphins swimming in the ocean early in the morning.
uShaka Marine World is located in Durban, a 1-hour drive from Shelly Beach, where you will find a massive Aquarium with all different kinds of fish including Sharks, Star-Fish, Penquins and thousands more sea creatures. Also located in the park, a huge dolphin and seal staduim as well as a fun water park with slides and swimming pools. This fun theme park sits right on Durban's beach front which includes many restuarants nearby.
If you are up for a bit of fun and sight-seeing in Kwazulu Natal, we recommend you visit the beautiful scenic adventure resort Oribi Gorge, which is approximately a 20 minute drive from our Shelly Beach resort. There are many beautifull views of high mountains and waterfalls, and many fun activities including abseiling, wild water rafting, wild slides, wild swings, hiking and bike trails, horse riding and bird watching.
Other tourist attractions near our Shelley Beach resort include the Pure Venom Reptile Park, butterfly sanctuary, deep sea fishing, absailing, and the Wild Coast Sun.
