• There  is a swimming pool in the complex and another swimming pool with BBQ areas across the road in Phase 1.
• There are tennis courts and a gym across the road in Phase 1
• There is a club house with a pool table in Phase 1
• St. Michaels Beach is across the main road (Marine Drive)
• During July and August whales may be seen close to the beach.
• Many restaurants & pubs along Marine Drive all the way past Ramsgate.
• The Waffle House is one of the most popular which is situated amongst a beautiful tropical garden on the Ramsgate beach.
• The Pistol family restaurant and pub is a popular outing.
• The Crocodile Farm is a place not to be missed.
• Various shopping malls in the vicinity, the closest being Shelly Beach Mall and South Coast Mall.
• If you enjoy relaxing, then sit on the balcony and you may see the Minotaur Lizzards swimming in the pond.
